L'AGEFI provides you with the furniture, electricity and the necessary communication visuals on your stand in order to standardize the exhibition space and facilitate your management.

Therefore we inform you that it will not be authorized to have any other element (furniture, kakemono, umbrella stand, etc.) than that provided by L'AGEFI on your stand.

You have the possibility to deliver material (brochures, goodies, etc.).

In this case, The AGEFI encourages you to:
· Limit paper distribution
· Limit the distribution of goodies or favor dematerialized or durable goodies: the durable object must be durable through its use (reusable and not disposable ), by its manufacturing with a low environmental footprint, and by its use over time.

DELIVERY


Your stand is supplied turnkey, but you may need to deliver materials (documentation, goodies, etc.).

Delivery is possible on Monday October 7 from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm to the address indicated on the delivery note.

Please note: you must stick the completed delivery note on each of your parcels if you use a courier.

You can also come directly with your boxes on Monday October 7 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

SET-UP


Monday, October 7 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

When you arrive, your stand will be set up with all the elements indicated in your partner area, under "STAND".
From 4:00 p.m., you can finalize the installation of your stand (documentation, goodies, etc.).

For Classic, Premium and Majeur stands: you can test your visuals to be displayed on your screens. All technical information for the media is available in your partner area, under "STAND". 

D DAY


We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday October 8 at 7:30 am.

A briefing will take place at 8:00 am in the center of the NEF.

REMOVAL


The exhibition area closes at 7:00 pm.

We invite you to leave directly with your equipment on Tuesday, October 8 at 7:00 pm.

If you need a courier, simply leave your equipment on your stand.

Please note: you must stick the completed pick-up note on each of your parcels if you use a courier.

All equipment must be collected by 7.45pm on Tuesday, October 8 at the latest (by a courier or yourself).
