STAND

L'AGEFI will provide you with the furniture, electricity and communication graphics you need for your stand, to standardize the exhibition space and make it easier for you to manage.

We therefore inform you that it will not be authorized to place any other element (furniture, kakemono, umbrella stand...) on your stand than that provided by l'Agefi.

The table and chairs on the Classic and Premium stands are 100% eco-designed and made in France from recycled plastic.

Neo stand

  • Furniture: 1 counter + 1 high stool
  • Electricity (3kw box) - please bring your own power strip if required
  • Signage: logo and stand number printed on each counter

Classic stand

  • Stand size: 6m2 (2m wide x 3m deep) outside NEF
  • Floor: quality needle-punched carpet, gray in color.
  • Electricity (3kw box) - please bring your own power strip if required
  • Furniture: 3 Terra chairs / 1 Terra table / 1 Coque stool / 1 Bergan counter.
  • Signage: logo and stand number printed on each counter
  • Visual: stand background prepared by L'AGEFI (not customizable) with your logo and 40" screen (Dimensions: 101.6 x 88.6 x 49.8 cm).

Premium stand

  • Stand size: 6m2 (2m wide x 3m deep) at NEF
  • Floor: quality needle-punched carpet, gray in color.
  • Electricity (3kw box) - please bring your own power strip if required
  • Furniture: 3 Terra chairs / 1 Terra table / 1 Coque stool / 1 Bergan counter.
  • Signage: logo and stand number printed on each counter
  • Visual: stand background prepared by L'AGEFI (not customizable) with your logo and 40" screen (Dimensions: 101.6 x 88.6 x 49.8 cm).

CUSTOMIZE YOUR SCREEN DESIGN:
Prepare your visual: 1920x1080 pixels or 16/9, .mp4 format
Disseminate your visual (during assembly or on the day):

Option 1: Connect a laptop to the screen. Note: HDMI connection only!
- Adapters are not supplied.
- The exhibitor must bring a laptop (and its charger) and the compatible HDMI adapter, if the HDMI plug is not part of the device.
- The laptop must be able to project an image onto a second screen.

Option 2: connect a USB stick to the screen.
- If the exhibitor wishes to use a USB key, the content to be broadcast must be in .MP4 format. Content made with software such as Power Point, should be exported as a video in .MP4 format
- During the stand set-up and throughout the event, the exhibitor may be assisted by a GL Events Audiovisual technician.

ORDER CATERING SERVICES:
If you wish to order catering services on your stand, please complete the attached order form and send it to the organiser (Marine SENSER - msenser@agefi.fr) by 6 September 2024 at the latest.
After this date, no catering orders will be considered.
Catering purchase order
All service provider requests must set out in a written request to the organiser (Marine SENSER – msenser@agefi.fr) specifying the service and service provider desired.
This request must be approved by Palais Brongniart.
