Your quota is employee badges.

INFORMATION

Each person from your company who will participate in AM TECH DAY must be registered in order to have 'a badge, required to access the event.

Any person from your company who will participate in AM TECH DAY must therefore be included in your badge quota regardless of its profile (management, sales, marketing, communication, social networks, etc.), apart from the speakers.

Please note that the badges are nominative, the cards Identity will be requested to access the event.

The exhibition space is accessible without a badge only on two occasions:
  • The assembly: Monday October 7 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Dismantling: Tuesday October 8 from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
ADDITIONAL BADGES
Please note, beyond your badge quota, you will no longer be able to register collaborators on this page.
If you need additional badges, please request from msenser@agefi.fr.
Partner can purchase up to 5 additional badges for collaborators.
As soon as confirmation from the organizer, you will be able to register one or more new collaborators on this page according to your request.
The deadline to purchase additional badges is September 30, 2024.
Please note that additional badges must be paid before the day of the event to guarantee access to your employee.
Preferential rate for partners:
For an additional collaborator badge: €690 excluding tax / person or €828 including tax

RECEPTION OF BADGES
Badges will be sent by email to each person registered a few days before the event.
You will also be able to find all of your collaborators' badges, lunch and speakers for download below.
If necessary, the badges can be printed on the day of the event, but it may take time. We therefore invite you not to forget your badge.
We draw your attention to the fact that you will not be able to give the badges to your employees on the stand as long as the badge is necessary to access the event.
